Our reference points
Since May 2026 we have tracked 5,000+ leads for our dealership clients in SCRM OS. These are the numbers we plan around.
These are estimates, targets and past results, not promises. Results vary by dealership, location, offer and stock.
How to sanity-check a lead number
Leads are roughly your monthly ad spend divided by your cost per lead. Run that sum before you believe any forecast, ours included.
At $13 a lead, $1,000 a month in ad spend buys about 76 leads. At $5.61 it would buy about 178. If someone forecasts far more leads than your budget divided by a realistic cost per lead, ask them how.
What moves the number
- Ad spend. More budget buys more leads, and you can change it any time.
- Stock. Popular models at a sharp price draw more enquiries than slow-moving stock.
- Offer. A clear drive-away price or finance offer gives buyers a reason to enquire now.
- Creative. In competitive markets the ad itself does more work than the targeting, so we film your real cars and people.
- Market. The number of dealers chasing the same buyers in your area changes what each lead costs.
Count leads you can sell to
Judge a campaign on qualified leads and on cars sold, because your team can't sell to a cheap lead it cannot reach. Werribee Isuzu UTE's campaign produced 222 leads and the dealership sold 14 cars.
120 in 60 targets 120 qualified leads in your first 60 days, for $2,700 a month plus ad spend. Ask us about our 60-day guarantee.
How soon leads start
Campaigns usually go live 5 to 7 business days after onboarding. We then review performance every week and adjust budgets, audiences and creative to bring the cost per lead down.
